Roles and Responsibilities
1. To make all arrangements to make sure the centre is safe and secure for the Children.
2. Handling all the walk-in enquiries, Along with numerous telephonic & amp; mail enquiries.
3. Effectively communicating with the parents giving them thorough information about the centre, the methodology, facilities, fee structure, a comparative study of different
Preschools to convince the parents about the vision and ideology of the school followed
by a tour and thereby helping the parent in making a correct decision for their child.
4. Replying to emails, Phone calls for admissions Follow-up emails and any other mail for
correspondence on an enquiry.
5. Working in Coordination with the Parent Engagement Team for the marketing activities i.e. indoor & amp; outdoor such as Exhibitions orientationsPresentations etc. or any other
activity planned with due approvals.
6. Participation in the exhibitions.
7. Complaints and Grievances of the Existing parents and Liaising with the Senior or any
other departments to resolve their issues.
8. effective participation and helping out in arrangements for any cultural, and sports events in the centre of the staff etc.
9. Liaising with Corporates to get more admissions for the centre.
10. To make sure the centre looks always attractive with proper creatives and hangouts. To
work for the development of the curriculum along with the team.
11. To work along with the teachers to make sure that the implementation of the curriculum
is well in flow.
12. Team Building: Foster a positive and collaborative work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth
13. To manage the teachers and the support staff of the centre from all administrative side
14. To make sure all rules and regulations of the organization are well in place and
necessary action is taken once if it is overruled.
Any other responsibility entrusted by the Management.
