Center Manager
to lead our team and ensure a nurturing, high-quality learning environment.
Qualifications Required:
B.Ed, BTech, MBA or an equivalent degree
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in preschool/early learning center operations
Proven leadership and team management skills
Self driven and attention to detail
Strong understanding of early childhood development and curriculum standards
Excellent communication, organizational, and parent-engagement skills
Experience with admissions, staff supervision, and daily center administration
Knowledge of safety, licensing, and compliance requirements
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹17,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
