Position Overview

The Preschool Center Head will lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool, ensuring a nurturing learning environment, high teaching standards, and smooth day-to-day functioning. This role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and a genuine passion for early childhood education.

Key Responsibilities

Academic & Curriculum Management

Ensure implementation of age-appropriate curriculum and activity plans. Monitor teaching quality and provide guidance to teachers for continuous improvement. Maintain standards for classroom environment, learning materials, and child development programs.

Operational Management

Supervise daily operations, ensuring compliance with safety, hygiene, and preschool guidelines. Handle admissions, maintain accurate student records, and manage parent communications. Ensure timely preparation of reports and records for management.

Staff Development & Leadership

Recruit, train, and mentor teachers and support staff to maintain high performance. Conduct regular performance reviews and organize staff development programs. Foster teamwork and a positive workplace culture.

Parent Engagement

Serve as the first point of contact for parent queries, feedback, and concerns. Organize parent-teacher meetings, workshops, and events to build strong relationships. Provide regular updates on student progress and center activities.

Financial & Resource Management

Oversee fee collections and ensure transparent record-keeping. Manage teaching aids, supplies, and infrastructure for efficient utilization. Prepare monthly performance and financial reports for management.

Marketing & Admissions Support

Assist in enrollment drives, promotional activities, and community outreach. Build the center's reputation through quality programs and parent satisfaction initiatives.
