Center Head

to lead and manage the overall operations of the preschool.

Key Responsibilities:

Oversee day-to-day academic and administrative operations of the center Lead, mentor, and manage teaching and non-teaching staff Drive admissions, parent engagement, and community outreach Ensure implementation of curriculum, safety, and quality standards Maintain strong parent relationships and handle queries effectively Coordinate with management to achieve enrollment and operational goals

Eligibility Criteria:

Graduate / Postgraduate (Education/Management preferred) Minimum

2-3 years of experience

in a preschool or school leadership role Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Experience in admissions, team handling, and parent relationship management
