Key responsibilities:
Oversee day -to- day preschool and Grades 1 and 2 operations and academic delivery
Build a strong team and warm parent connectthrough effective communication and engagement.
Guide and mentor the teaching team to uphold Birla quality standards.
Ensure a joyful, safe and nurturing environment for children.
Eligibility and Qualifications:-
Graduate in Education/ Early childhood education would be preferred
Minimum of 2-3 years of experience in preschool leadership or academic coordination.
A pleasent personality with empathy, initiative, and organizational abilities.
Immediate joiners preferred

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
