Salary: 45-55 K pm | Exp : 5-15 Years in Education/School | Location : Mathikere, BLR, Qualification : Degree + PG in Management/other Streams Preferred
Work Timings : 8.30 am - 4 pm | Mon - Fri 5 Days work week | F2f Interview | Complete WFOffice Job

- Strong understanding of Pre-school & Students regulations, standards, and best practices- -The ideal candidate will drive initiatives, oversee School and administrative operations, and advance our commitment to exceptional Kid care and innovative education practices
- Under minimal direction, she/he will be responsible for managing the overall OPERATIONS of the CENTRES assigned in the city
- Manage and run the Institute as an independent profit centre | Guide Counselor towards proper handling of walk-ins, counseling prospective parents, Converting enquiries to registrations
- Recruit and hire requisite staff and induction | Ensure that the staff attrition remains at lowest possible
- Ensure proper handling of admission procedures and induct students and form batches | Time tables/ teaching schedules and maintain staff & student discipline
- Guide accounts person in managing cash flows/receivables/payables | Interact with suppliers & vendors
- Strategize & undertake revenue generating activities | Plan & execute various promotional campaigns in nearby areas for achieving Admission targets
- Ensure high quality of education and ensure high satisfaction level from Students & Parents
- Handle important cases of escalation from parents (customers)
Key Responsibilities
- SOPs : Ensure adherence & compliance to standard operating procedures at all times by Staff
- Ensure cleanliness, hygiene and maintenance of the Institute
