Key Responsibilities
Operational Management:
Oversee the preschool's daily activities, ensuring efficiency in scheduling, staffing, and resource allocation.
Curriculum Implementation:
Support teachers in executing the preschool curriculum and maintaining high educational standards.
Staff Supervision & Training:
Guide and mentor teachers and support staff, ensuring best practices in early childhood education.
Parent Communication:
Serve as the primary point of contact for parents, addressing concerns, sharing updates, and fostering strong relationships.
Admissions & Enrollment:
Manage preschool admissions, ensuring a seamless onboarding process for new students.
Event Coordination:
Plan and execute preschool events, workshops, and parent engagement activities.
Compliance & Safety:
Ensure adherence to health, safety, and regulatory guidelines within the preschool environment.
Budget & Resource Management:
Assist in financial planning, procurement, and resource allocation to maintain operational efficiency.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's degree in
Early Childhood Education, Administration, or a related field
.
Minimum
3-5 years
of experience in preschool management or coordination.
Strong leadership and organizational skills.
Excellent skills in handling Team of Jr. & Sr. teachers & Maid Didi's.
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
Knowledge of early childhood education principles and best practices.
Ability to multitask and handle administrative responsibilities efficiently.
Proficiency in using preschool management software.
Work Environment
Operates within a
preschool or early learning center
setting.
Requires interaction with children, parents, teachers, and administrative staff.
May involve occasional weekend events or parent meetings.
