Preschool Admission Counsellor

to join our team. The ideal candidate should be comfortable interacting with parents, explaining programs clearly, and guiding them through the admission process with empathy and professionalism.

Job Requirements

Essential:

Graduate degree

Preferred:

Experience in counselling and teaching

Excellent communication skills

(spoken & written English)

Strong interpersonal and parent-handling skills

Pleasant, well-groomed, and child-friendly personality

Ability to build trust and rapport with parents

Comfortable explaining curriculum, facilities, and processes

Basic computer knowledge

(MS Office, WhatsApp, email handling)

Organized, punctual, and responsible

Ability to handle follow-ups and maintain enquiry records

Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude

Key Responsibilities

Handle walk-in enquiries and provide guided tours of the preschool Counsel parents on our curriculum, activities, safety measures, and admission process Follow up with prospective parents via phone, WhatsApp, and email Maintain enquiry logs and coordinate with the Centre Head for admissions Support front desk operations during peak hours Assist in open houses, events, and parent engagement activities
