Excellent English communication skills Patient, caring & loving with children with the ability to keep them engaged. Handling queries and concerns Proven leadership and management skills. Experience in marketing and social media management. Excellent communication and organisational abilities. Persuasive, empathetic & target-driven Basic computer/CRM proficiency Handle walk-ins, phone calls, and online admission inquiries Conduct counselling sessions and explain curriculum, facilities, and fee structure Organize school tours and demo sessions for parents Follow up with leads to achieve admission conversion targets Maintain admission records and process required documentation Support marketing and promotional activities to generate inquiries Ensure high parent satisfaction and long-term rapport building
