serves as the face of the preschool and plays a pivotal role in
operations, parent engagement, team coordination, and curriculum adherence. The Coordinator ensures
smooth functioning of the center through effective resource management, counseling, front-office
supervision, safety practices, and market awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Centre Operations & Resource Management
Oversee day-to-day functioning of the preschool including staff coordination and resource
utilization. Ensure adherence to safety protocols, hygiene standards, and infrastructure maintenance.
Conduct weekly staff meetings and ensure smooth communication between departments.
2. Curriculum & Learning Support
Ensure complete adherence to the Little Millennium curriculum and activity planning. Support
teachers in planning and executing lesson plans. Coordinate with Learning Officer for curriculum
implementation and staff support.
3. Parent Relationship Management
Handle parent enquiries, counseling sessions, and center walk-ins. Build strong parent relationships
through regular interaction, events, and feedback collection. Coordinate and execute Parent
Orientation Programs and PTMs.
4. Front Office & Reception Oversight
Maintain a professional, child-friendly reception area with LM branding and promotional material.
Supervise reception staff to ensure timely follow-up and documentation of leads. Ensure every walkin is greeted, counseled, and taken through a planned admission process.
5. Team Building & Training
Provide mentoring, soft skills, and on-the-job training for teaching and non-teaching staff. Conduct
staff evaluations and support retraining when necessary. Ensure compliance with center guidelines,
teaching quality, and service excellence.
6. Marketing Awareness & Outreach
Stay updated with local market competition and trends. Plan and execute local promotional activities
(e.g., field events, mall activation, parent workshops). Ensure data from marketing events is recorded
and analyzed for lead conversion.
Key Requirements:
Graduate or Postgraduate (preferably in Education/Management)
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Experience in early childhood education (preferred)
Prior experience in counseling, sales, or client handling is an added advantage
Soft Skills:

Presentable and professional in appearance

Good listener with persuasive skills
Working Days:
Monday to Saturday (Alternate Saturdays Off as per center schedule)
