Job Description

Prepare itemized BOQs for:

1.

Security Surveillance

: IP cameras, NVRs/DVRs, monitors, storage, mounts, cabling

2.

Access Control

: Biometric/RFID readers, door controllers, software licenses

3.

Fire Alarm Systems

: Smoke detectors, heat sensors, manual call points, hooters, control panels, cabling

4.

Passive Networking

: Structured cabling (Cat6/Cat6A/Optical Fiber), patch panels, racks, switches, conduits

5.

BMS System,

Rodent System, WLD System & VESDA System:

Collaborate with design consultants and vendors to validate specifications and quantities Analyse vendor quotations and assist in cost estimation and budgeting Maintain documentation for technical specs, warranty terms, and compliance records Support project execution with material tracking and change order management

Skills & Qualification

Bachelor's degree in Electrical, Electronics, or IT Engineering (or equivalent)- Optional 1-3 years of experience in BOQ preparation for LV systems Proficiency in MS Excel, and BOQ estimation tools Strong understanding of IP-based systems, fire safety, and structured cabling Excellent analytical, documentation, and communication skills
