Job Summary:



We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented

Sales/Presales Executive

to support our business development initiatives across government and private sector infrastructure projects. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with tendering processes, pre-sales documentation, and proposal preparation within the infrastructure, TMS (Toll Management System), ATMS (Advanced Toll Management System), or similar domains.

Key Responsibilities:



Data Mining & Market Research

Research and compile data related to infrastructure projects awarded by NHAI, MORTH, ULBs, and private entities. Maintain and update a project tracking database.

Opportunity Scouting & Lead Generation

Identify and analyze relevant government tenders, RFPs, and private sector project opportunities. Monitor tender portals and third-party sources for new business opportunities.

Prequalification & Eligibility Analysis

Review tender documents and assess company eligibility. Coordinate with internal teams or external partners for JV/Consortium formation when required. Maintain prequalification documents and certificates.

Bid Support & Proposal Coordination

Assist in the preparation of technical proposals, datasheets, compliance matrices, and supporting documentation. Collaborate with OEMs, partners, and internal stakeholders to gather required inputs and certifications. Ensure timely submission of bids in alignment with client requirements.

Sales Support & Negotiation Assistance

Support the sales team in finalizing technical specifications, BoQs, and pricing strategies. Participate in client meetings and respond to technical/commercial queries during negotiation phases.

Desired Candidate Profile:



Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Business Administration, or relevant field. 1-2 years of relevant experience in infrastructure project sales, tendering, or pre-sales roles. Strong understanding of government tender processes and documentation. Proficient in MS Office (especially Excel & PowerPoint); knowledge of tender portals preferred. Good communication and coordination skills with internal and external stakeholders. Ability to work independently and manage multiple proposals simultaneously.

Preferred Skills:



Exposure to TMS, ATMS, ITS, or Smart Infrastructure projects. Experience working with government bodies like NHAI, MORTH, ULBs, etc. Knowledge of public procurement regulations and documentation standards.

Pay: ?9,039.79 - ?28,313.73 per month
