1.Responsible to Generate leads & response to the walk-in clients.
2.Identifying the prospective client.
3.Responsible to Provide proposal to the Clients & responsible for the conversion
4.Responsible to Update the details in CRM
5.Assisting Client in case of any enhancement during their period of
agreement and forwarding the request to concern team
6.Floor occupancy reports
7.Exiting clients feedback to be recorded
8.Maintain MIS on Calls, sales conversions, Mile stone (Target based: CR &
MR)
9. Promoting google reviews through clients / client references
10. Understanding the market demand and discussing with the management
on the future growth
11. Share ideas on floor to make the workings more efficient & cost
effective
Requirement : -
Experience 5 years in sales
Preferred from co-working space or real-estate industry
Good communication skills
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
