We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Presales Executive to support the sales team in generating qualified leads, engaging with potential homebuyers, and ensuring seamless customer experience. The role involves handling inbound and outbound leads, understanding customer requirements, and coordinating with the sales team for residential project site visits and closures.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound inquiries (calls, emails, digital leads) and make outbound calls to prospective homebuyers.
Understand customer requirements, budgets, and preferences to suggest suitable residential projects.
Provide detailed information about projects, floor plans, pricing, payment schedules, and amenities.
Nurture leads by maintaining regular follow-ups until they are ready to visit the site.
Schedule and coordinate project site visits for potential customers with the sales team.
Maintain and update the CRM with accurate lead and interaction details.
Work closely with marketing to optimize lead quality and conversion.
Support sales executives in achieving monthly and quarterly booking targets.
Ensure excellent customer service and act as the first point of contact for queries.
Key Skills & Competencies:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills (English, Tamil; Hindi is a plus).
Strong persuasion and negotiation ability.
Good understanding of residential real estate market in Chennai.
Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
Customer-oriented with a problem-solving approach.
Ability to handle multiple leads and follow-ups efficiently.
Qualifications & Experience:
1-4 years of experience in presales/telecalling/customer engagement, preferably in real estate.
Freshers with strong communication skills and eagerness to learn may also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
