Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Work closely with the sales team to understand client requirements and propose suitable security system solutions. Manage and prepare detailed responses to RFQ/RFI/RFP documents. Create, review, and deliver technical and commercial proposals in line with customer needs. Support the development of technical documentation, solution design, and BOQ preparation. Conduct solution presentations, demos, and proof-of-concept sessions for clients. Collaborate with OEMs and internal teams to ensure solution accuracy and compliance. Stay updated on security technologies, products, and competitive offerings.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

5-8 years of presales experience, preferably in security systems (CCTV, access control, intrusion, fire alarm, or related domains). Strong expertise in RFQ/RFI/RFP response management. Proven experience in preparing solution documentation, proposals, and technical presentations. Solid understanding of security devices and technologies; background in security device integration will be a plus. Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to work collaboratively with sales, technical, and project teams.
