About the Role:



The

Pre-Sales Tender Executive

will be responsible for managing end-to-end tendering activities for solar EPC projects. This role involves preparation, review, and submission of tender-related documents, ensuring compliance with technical and commercial requirements. The position is purely focused on

solar EPC tendering

.

Key Responsibilities:


Identify and track relevant solar EPC tenders (government & private).

Prepare, compile, and submit complete tender documentation within timelines.

Coordinate with internal teams for technical, commercial, and compliance inputs.

Review tender documents, BOQs, eligibility criteria, and submission guidelines.

Maintain tender records, EMDs, PBGs, and post-submission clarifications.

Ensure accuracy and adherence to tender conditions and statutory requirements.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities:


Strong understanding of solar EPC tendering processes.

Knowledge of technical and commercial tender documentation.

Attention to detail with strong organizational skills.

Ability to manage multiple tenders simultaneously under deadlines.

Good written and verbal communication skills.

Software Tools:


MS Excel, Word, and PowerPoint

Basic knowledge of online tender portals (GeM, e-procurement portals)

Email and document management tools

Educational Qualifications:


Diploma / BE / B.Tech (Electrical / Mechanical / Renewable Energy preferred)

Graduates with relevant solar tendering experience may also be considered

Work Experience:


1-3 years of experience

in solar EPC tendering (mandatory)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹360,000.00 - ₹480,000.00 per year
