Job Role:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and handle inbound enquiries.
Explain project details, pricing, amenities, and ongoing offers clearly and professionally.
Qualify leads based on requirement, budget, and project fit.
Schedule, coordinate, and confirm site visits with customers.
Maintain timely follow-ups to improve lead conversion.
Coordinate closely with the Sales team to ensure smooth lead handover and closure.
Update lead status regularly in CRM and maintain accurate records.
Achieve monthly lead qualification and site-visit targets.
Requirements:
Good verbal communication skills and strong follow-up ability.
Minimum
3 years of experience
in
Real Estate Presales / Telesales / Telecalling / Inside Sales
(preferred).
Ability to engage customers, handle queries, and pitch projects effectively.
Basic understanding of residential real estate (added advantage).
Proactive, target-driven, and comfortable with high-volume calling.
Knowledge of CRM tools is a plus.
