Key Responsibilities:
Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain project details, property features, and pricing to potential clients.
Generate, qualify, and nurture leads through effective communication and follow-ups.
Maintain and update the CRM database with accurate client details and status.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly call and lead generation targets.
Provide feedback to the marketing and sales team on lead quality and customer response.
Build and maintain positive relationships with clients to enhance brand trust.
Requirements:
Education:
Any graduate.
Experience:
1-3 years of experience in
telecalling / telesales / pre-sales
, preferably in the
real estate industry
.
Excellent verbal communication and convincing skills in
Tamil and English
(knowledge of Hindi is an added advantage).
Good telephone etiquette and ability to build rapport quickly.
Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools.
Goal-oriented and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
