Job Role
As a Presales Executive (Calling), you will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls, generating leads, qualifying prospects, and scheduling site visits/meetings for the sales team. You will be the first point of contact between NI Realty and potential clients, playing a crucial role in building relationships.
Key Responsibilities
Make outbound calls to potential clients and respond to inbound inquiries.
Explain project details, land/property options, and investment opportunities to prospects.
Generate interest and qualify leads based on client requirements.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for follow-ups.
Maintain and update the lead database (CRM/Excel).
Achieve daily/weekly calling and lead conversion targets.
Provide excellent customer service and represent NI Realty professionally.
Requirements
Graduate (any stream) candidates with 2 years of experience in real estate/telecalling/presales.
Strong communication skills in
Bengali, Hindi, and English
.
Confident, persuasive, and customer-oriented.
Ability to understand client needs and match them with available properties.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Excel, CRM tools).
Target-driven and self-motivated.
