Job Description

We are looking for a Pre-Sales Tele caller to handle outbound and inbound calls, generate leads, and coordinate with the sales team in the real estate domain. The role involves understanding customer requirements and scheduling site visits.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to potential customers and respond to inbound inquiries. Explain real estate projects, features, pricing, and offers to customers. Generate and qualify leads as per company guidelines. Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-ups in CRM. Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team. Follow up with interested clients to ensure proper engagement. Handle customer queries in a professional manner.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Good communication skills in English and Hindi. Basic knowledge of real estate sales is preferred. Ability to convince and build rapport with customers. Basic computer knowledge (CRM, MS Excel). Target-oriented and result-driven approach.

Experience:

0-2 years of experience in tele calling, pre-sales, or real estate preferred (freshers can apply).

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month
