Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation:

Make outbound calls to generate new leads for sales and marketing teams. Qualify prospects, collect relevant customer information, and update CRM.

Event Assignment & Coordination:

Assign leads to field sales teams and track progress. Schedule product demos, shopfloor visits, or events for prospects. Ensure proper follow-up before and after events to maximize conversions.

Voice Process & Customer Interaction:

Handle inbound & outbound calls with professionalism. Explain company products and services clearly to potential customers. Resolve basic queries and escalate complex issues to the right department. Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and daily reporting. Meet weekly/monthly calling targets, lead conversion targets, and event follow-up SLAs.

Required Skills & Qualifications

Education:

Graduate (Any stream)

Experience:

2-4 years

Strong communication skills in

Tamil, Telugu, and Kannada

(English is an advantage) -

mandatory requirement

Good listening skills, telephone etiquette, and customer-handling skills Basic computer skills with knowledge of CRM / Excel for lead tracking Target-oriented mindset and ability to work under deadlines

Salary & Benefits

Salary:

?20,000 - ?27,000 per month + Incentives (based on experience)
