Presales Team Lead

Job Description

The Presales Team Lead will be responsible for managing the presales team, handling customer inquiries, executing lead qualification, coordinating site visits, and supporting the sales team to achieve monthly booking targets. This role involves maintaining high-quality customer interactions, ensuring strong follow-up processes, and driving conversion through effective lead management.

Key Responsibilities1. Lead Management & Allocation



Manage incoming leads from online portals, walk-ins, references, and marketing campaigns. Allocate leads to the presales executives and ensure timely follow-up. Track lead status and ensure all leads are acted upon within defined timelines.

2. Team Leadership & Training



Supervise, guide, and mentor the presales team. Conduct training on call handling, objection handling, project knowledge, and CRM usage. Monitor team performance and ensure achievement of KPIs.

3. Customer Interaction & Follow-ups



Handle high-value prospects and nurture leads until site visit or closure. Ensure the team maintains professional communication with customers. Review daily follow-ups, call logs, and lead quality.

4. Coordination With Sales & Marketing



Work closely with the sales team to schedule site visits and ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Coordinate with the marketing team to update project information, offers, and campaign performance. Share customer feedback and market insights with management.

5. Reporting & CRM Management



Maintain updated records in Paramanthra Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS reports on lead status and team performance. Analyze conversion funnel and recommend improvements.

6. Customer Experience Management



Ensure consistent and high-quality customer experience across all touchpoints. Resolve escalations related to presales communication or follow-up delays. Improve conversion by refining scripts, follow-up strategy, and objection handling.

Qualifications



Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any related field.

Experience



6-8 years of experience in presales/customer engagement in the

real estate industry

. Minimum 3-4 years in a team leader role.

Key Skills



Strong communication & interpersonal skills. Real estate project knowledge (residential/commercial). Expertise in CRM tools & MS Office. Excellent follow-up and relationship-building skills. Team handling and performance management.

Lead response time Lead-to-site-visit conversion Site-visit-to-booking support Team productivity metrics (calls, follow-ups, conversion ratios) Customer satisfaction and feedback CRM accuracy & reporting quality

Additional Requirements



Ability to work under pressure and meet timelines Willingness to work on weekends as per project requirement
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹45,000.00 per month
