Key Responsibilities

Interact with prospective students via phone calls, walk-ins, and social media leads. Explain course details, schedules, and training programs in a clear and friendly manner. Understand each student's goals and recommend the right IAS coaching program. Maintain and update lead data, follow-up status, and conversion reports. Coordinate with marketing and admissions teams for smooth enrollments. Assist with seminars, webinars, and promotional activities as needed. Share daily updates and feedback with the reporting manager.

Requirements

Female candidates only

(Freshers welcome). Strong communication skills in

English and Tamil

. Confident, friendly, and customer-focused approach. Basic computer knowledge (Excel / Google Sheets / CRM). Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and team spirit.
