We are looking for an experienced

Pre-Sales Specialist

to collaborate with our sales, product, and marketing teams and support our growth across

global regions including US, UK, EMEA, APAC, and Middle East.



Role Overview



As a Pre-Sales Specialist, you will bridge the gap between our product/solutions and customer requirements. You will work closely with the Business Development and Sales teams to deliver

technical presentations, product demos, RFP/RFI responses, and solution proposals

that address customer needs and win business.

Key Responsibilities



Partner with Sales team to understand client requirements and prepare tailored solution proposals Conduct product demonstrations, proof-of-concepts (POCs), and workshops for prospects across global markets Collaborate with product and engineering teams to design solutions aligned with client expectations Draft and deliver

RFI/RFP responses, technical documentation, and presentations

Provide market insights and competitor analysis to strengthen sales strategy Act as a subject matter expert, showcasing Bautomate's capabilities and value proposition Support end-to-end pre-sales cycle to maximize conversion rate and revenue generation

Required Skills & Qualifications



6 years of experience in

pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis

(preferably in SaaS/IT Automation) Strong understanding of

B2B sales process, AI/ML, RPA, and process automation solutions

Excellent presentation, documentation, and communication skills (verbal & written) Experience working with

global clients (US, UK, EMEA, APAC, Middle East)

Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions Proficiency in tools such as MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems, and collaboration platforms

Nice to Have



Exposure to enterprise automation platforms or workflow orchestration tools Experience with

process discovery, solution design, and business case building

Technical background or understanding of APIs, integrations, and enterprise architecture
