The Pre-Sales Specialist plays a critical role in Jurysoft's sales process by acting as the bridge between client needs and solution delivery. This role supports the sales team with solution design, presentations, proposals, and technical validation to ensure prospects clearly see the value of Jurysoft's offerings.
Key Responsibilities
1.
Client Engagement & Requirement Analysis
Engage with prospects during discovery calls to capture business challenges, pain points, and objectives.
Translate client requirements into solution mappings aligned with Jurysoft's services/solutions.
Collaborate with sales managers to refine the value proposition per client vertical.
2.
Solution Demonstration & Technical Consultation
Prepare tailored product/solution demos and proof-of-concepts (POCs).
Deliver persuasive presentations to technical and business stakeholders.
Address functional, technical, and process-related queries during pre-sales discussions.
3.
Proposal & Documentation
Draft detailed proposals, solution decks, and responses to RFPs/RFIs.
Work closely with delivery teams to ensure proposed solutions are feasible and scalable.
Create ROI justifications, competitive comparisons, and pricing support documents.
4.
Collaboration with Sales & Delivery Teams
Partner with the lead generation/cold calling team to prioritize high-potential prospects.
Support account executives in converting qualified leads into opportunities.
Provide seamless handoff to delivery/project teams after deal closure.
5.
Market & Product Intelligence
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor solutions, and customer expectations.
Gather and relay feedback from prospects to product and strategy teams for enhancements.
Maintain a repository of case studies, success stories, and reusable pre-sales assets.
Eligibility Criteria
Education & Background
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or Business (MBA preferred).
2-5 years' experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, or business analysis within IT services/SaaS.
Skills & Competencies
Excellent communication and presentation skills (written and verbal).
Strong technical knowledge to translate features into business benefits.
Experience preparing solution documents, proposals, and pricing models.
Familiarity with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho).
Stakeholder management and client-facing confidence.
