About the Role

We are seeking a polished and articulate Pre-Sales Specialist with strong communication skills and a passion for delivering premium customer experiences. The ideal candidate will engage with prospective clients, qualify leads, and build interest in our high-end interior design services. Candidates with experience in luxury interiors, high-end retail, hospitality, lifestyle services, or premium financial services (such as AMEX-style customer engagement) are highly preferred.

Key Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to prospective clients (both warm and cold leads). Clearly articulate the company's brand ethos and premium service offerings. Qualify leads and schedule appointments for the sales/design team. Maintain accurate and updated records in the CRM. Follow up consistently to convert prospects into active opportunities. Ensure a premium and seamless customer experience during every interaction. Coordinate with internal teams regarding appointment scheduling and lead handover.

Preferred Candidate Profile

Experience:

2-5 years in telecalling, telesales, or customer engagement roles--preferably within luxury interiors, real estate, high-end retail, hospitality, or premium financial services.

Industry Background:

Luxury brands, premium customer service, lifestyle services, or high-ticket sales.

Education:

Graduate in any discipline. Education in interior design, luxury marketing, or communications is an added advantage.

Languages:

Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory. Additional languages are a plus.

Skills Required

Strong verbal communication and persuasion skills. Ability to confidently interact with HNI clients and senior professionals. Client-first mindset with high professionalism. Comfortable working with CRMs and reporting tools.

Working Days:

Tuesday to Sunday (Monday Off)
