• Developing solutions: Providing product-specific solutions during sales cycles

• Responding to requests: Drafting responses to RFPs, RFI, and RFQs

• Understanding customer needs: Analyzing customer needs and complaints

• Creating personalized responses: Tailoring responses and support to customer needs

• Mapping solutions: Mapping customer requirements to what ServiceNow has to offer

• Addressing compliance and security: Handling security and compliance issues when needed

• Structuring pricing: Working with the sales team to structure competitive pricing and commercials

• Using proposal automation tools: Using tools to help streamline the response process
