We are seeking a detail-oriented Pre-Sales Senior Analyst to support our client development team. This is a non-client-facing role that works closely. This role includes supporting lead generation initiatives, providing background summaries to help sales leadership prepare for client meetings, prepare new business slides and decks as required, and maintains a repository of reusable sales assets.

Roles and Responsibilities

Sales Support & Enablement



Collaborate with global sales and marketing teams to understand client contexts, solution needs, and engagement strategies. Support RFP/RFI responses, proposal development, and pitch material creation as requested by her/his manager. Help shape solution narratives and delivery approaches. Assists with the development of PPT slides, outreach for conferences, and logistical support

Lead Generation Support



Assist in developing outreach materials, capability decks, and tailored messaging for target accounts. Analyze past proposals and engagements to identify patterns and opportunities for proactive outreach.

Content & Knowledge Management: Assists with:



Development of a centralized repository of proposals, pitch decks, and stock slides to support global sales efforts. Updating all content is version-controlled, up-to-date, and aligned with current offerings and messaging. The curation of reusable assets including case studies, solution templates, pricing frameworks, and capability overviews. Maintenance of the MSA / CDA database noting expiration dates. Adds to Hubspot by account.

Internal Collaboration



Respond to sales, delivery, and marketing teams when help is needed. Contribute to pipeline reviews, deal qualification, and sales strategy discussions when necessary Team player. Works well as a collaborator.

Qualifications

2-4 years of experience in pre-sales, solution consulting, proposal management and business development support in a consulting or professional services environment. Excellent written communication and presentation skills. Some experience managing content libraries or repositories is desired. Familiarity with proposal management tools, CRM platforms (e.g., HubSpot), and project planning tools. Some experience in life sciences, analytics, digital transformation is desired. Strong organizational skills and attention to detail. Ability to work independently yet collaborates well with a team Analytical mindset with the ability to find, organize and display data / information in a clear manner. Open minded, desires to learn client development functional and operational skills and grow into a more senior role. * Exhibits a positive, can do attitude.
