Job Description

Key Responsibilities -



Generate leads through cold calling, outreach, networking, and partnerships. Understand client requirements and position MyAnatomy solutions effectively. Customize & provide high quality product demos and presentations based on client needs. Convert demo engagements into paying clients with high success rates. Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers. Achieve aggressive monthly and quarterly revenue targets. Maintain a strong sales pipeline and ensure timely follow-ups. Collaborate with product and operations teams to prepare proposals and pricing structures. Negotiate contracts and close deals independently. Provide accurate sales forecasting and reporting to management.

Required Skills & Experience



2-5 years of experience in

EdTech, HR Tech, Talent Assessment

or similar domains. Strong presentation and product demonstration skills. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to understand technology and explain it in simple terms. Comfortable with travel for client meetings and demos (if required).

Preferred Qualifications



Experience selling SaaS-based solutions, assessment platforms, or campus hiring solutions. Experience working with higher education institutions and corporate HR teams. Strong networking skills in the EdTech or HR Tech ecosystem.
