Key Responsibilities:
Engage with walk-in and telephonic inquiries to explain membership options and offers.
Counsel prospective members on fitness goals and recommend suitable plans.
Maintain strong follow-up with leads to convert inquiries into memberships.
Achieve monthly sales targets through proactive lead conversion.
Maintain records of client interactions and sales using internal CRM tools.
Coordinate with the operations and trainer teams to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Experience:
Minimum 6 months of experience in sales (fitness industry preferred).
Communication:
Excellent verbal and interpersonal skills.
Presentation:
Pleasant personality and confident appearance (female candidates preferred).
Counselling Ability:
Strong persuasion and customer-handling skills.
Attitude:
Self-motivated, energetic, and target-driven.
Working Hours:
Full-time:
9:00 AM - 7:00 PM (with breaks)
Part-time:
3 hours in the morning & 3 hours in the evening
Compensation:
Salary:
Fixed + Attractive Variable (based on memberships sold)
