Job Summary:

We are looking for a dynamic and detail-oriented

Pre-Sales and Research Executive

to support our sales and business development efforts. The role involves conducting market research, understanding client needs, preparing presentations, and working closely with the sales team to convert leads into opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

Pre-Sales Support

Collaborate with sales and technical teams to understand client requirements and propose suitable solutions. Customize solution decks and case studies based on the prospect's industry or business need. Participate in client meetings to provide technical or solution-related support.

Research and Market Intelligence

Conduct in-depth research on target industries, companies, and decision-makers. Monitor competitor activity and gather insights on market trends. Maintain databases of market data, customer profiles, and competitor intelligence. Provide research support for campaign planning, go-to-market strategies, and pipeline development.

Sales Enablement

Work with marketing to create content such as whitepapers, sales brochures, and product guides. Help identify cross-sell and upsell opportunities based on client needs.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business, Marketing, IT, or related field. 2+ years of experience in pre-sales, market research, or business analysis. Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills. Proficient in tools like MS PowerPoint, Excel, CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot). Ability to work cross-functionally with sales, marketing, and technical teams. Exposure to [industry domain, e.g., SaaS, IT services, consulting] preferred. Knowledge of proposal automation or RFP management tools. Experience with market research platforms (e.g., LinkedIn Sales Navigator, ZoomInfo, Statista)
