We are seeking a motivated Pre-Sales Executive to support our real estate sales team. The role involves engaging with potential clients, understanding their property requirements, providing information about available projects, and qualifying leads to facilitate smooth sales conversions. Strong communication skills, customer-centric attitude, and basic market knowledge are essential.
Key Responsibilities:
Interact with prospective buyers to understand their needs
Present and explain property details, pricing, and financing options
Schedule site visits and follow up with clients
Maintain and update client databases and lead tracking systems
Coordinate with sales and marketing teams to support sales goals
Qualifications:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Basic understanding of real estate market and property types
Customer-focused with good negotiation skills
Prior experience in real estate pre-sales or customer service is a plus
