The Pre-Sales Executive plays a key role in generating and qualifying leads, nurturing prospects, and supporting the sales team in converting inquiries into site visits and bookings. The role involves client communication, product presentation, lead management, and maintaining high engagement throughout the customer journey.
Handle inbound inquiries from online portals, social media campaigns, walk-ins, and referrals.
Qualify leads based on requirements, budget, preferences, and buying timeline.
Conduct initial needs assessment to understand customer expectations.
Customer Engagement
Provide detailed project information including amenities, pricing, unit plans, and location advantages.
Arrange and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
Maintain continuous follow-up via calls, emails, and WhatsApp to improve lead conversion.
Build strong rapport with clients and ensure a positive pre-sales experience.
Sales Support
Work closely with the sales team to hand over qualified and warm leads.
Prepare and share sales kits, brochures, price sheets, and project presentations.
Update CRM with accurate lead status, follow-up details, and conversion progress.
Marketing Coordination
Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns and events.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead quality and market trends.
Track campaign performance and share insights to improve lead generation.
Reporting
Maintain daily/weekly reports on lead generation, conversion status, and follow-up activities.
Analyze lead pipelines and highlight issues or opportunities for improvement.

1-3 years of experience in real estate pre-sales or customer service (freshers with strong communication skills may also apply)
Experience with residential/commercial projects preferred
