The Presales Executive is responsible for engaging with prospective clients, understanding their requirements, and converting inquiries into site visits and qualified leads for the sales team. This role is crucial in ensuring an excellent customer experience at the initial stage of the buyer's journey and in driving project sales performance.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective buyers, explaining project details, pricing, and benefits.
Respond promptly to inquiries generated through online portals, walk-ins, referrals, and marketing campaigns.
Qualify leads based on budget, preferences, and buying timeline before forwarding them to the sales team.
Schedule and coordinate site visits; ensure smooth handover of clients to the sales manager/team.
Follow up with prospects through calls, emails, and WhatsApp to ensure maximum conversion.
Work closely with marketing and sales teams to optimize lead quality and campaign effectiveness.
Provide feedback to management regarding lead quality, customer preferences, and market trends.
Support the sales team in achieving monthly and quarterly targets.
Participate in promotional events, exhibitions, and channel partner activities when required.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
3-4 years of experience in
presales, telecalling, or lead management
within the
real estate industry
.
Strong communication and persuasion skills (English and local language proficiency preferred).
Good understanding of real estate products, market dynamics, and customer profiles.
Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
