Position Overview:



The

Pre-Sales professional

in real estate is responsible for managing inbound and outbound leads, engaging with potential buyers, providing project information, and assisting the sales team in converting prospects into customers. The role bridges marketing campaigns and sales closures by nurturing leads through effective communication and relationship-building.

Key Responsibilities:1. Lead Management & Qualification



Handle and respond promptly to all incoming leads generated through digital campaigns, portals, walk-ins, and referrals. Understand customer requirements (budget, location preference, size, amenities) and match them to suitable projects. Qualify leads and schedule site visits for the sales team. Maintain a strong follow-up system to ensure lead conversion.

2. Customer Engagement



Provide detailed information on project features, specifications, pricing, payment plans, and legal documentation. Address customer queries professionally and ensure a positive customer experience. Assist in sending project brochures, floor plans, and other marketing collateral to potential clients.

3. Coordination with Sales & Marketing Teams



Work closely with sales managers to ensure smooth handover of qualified leads. Coordinate with marketing teams to align lead generation campaigns with project sales targets. Provide feedback on lead quality, customer preferences, and market trends.

4. CRM & Reporting



Update and maintain customer data in the CRM system accurately. Track and report daily, weekly, and monthly lead conversion ratios. Generate MIS reports on lead status, conversion funnels, and campaign performance.

5. Events & Campaigns



Support sales and marketing teams in organizing property expos, site visits, and promotional events. Represent the company professionally during exhibitions and channel partner meets.

Qualifications & Experience:



Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.

Experience:

2-8 years of experience in pre-sales, telecalling, or customer relationship management within the real estate industry.

Preferred Background:

Residential or commercial real estate projects, real estate consultancies, or property portals.

Key Skills & Competencies:



Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. Strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle. Customer-oriented attitude with persuasive and negotiation skills. Proficiency in CRM tools, MS Office, and lead management systems. Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a target-driven environment.

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
