Job Description

Lead Qualification:

Identify and pursue potential clients, understanding their needs and qualifying them for the sales process.

Client Engagement:

Interact with potential clients, building relationships, and scheduling meetings.

CRM Management:

Maintain accurate records of client interactions and lead data within the CRM system.

Collaboration:

Work closely with sales and marketing teams to develop effective strategies and tactics.

Sales Process Support:

Assist the sales team in moving prospects through the sales funnel.
Skills and Qualifications:

Excellent Communication and Interpersonal Skills:

The ability to engage effectively with clients, both verbally and in writing.

Knowledge of the Real Estate Market:

Understanding of real estate products, services, and trends.

CRM Proficiency:

Familiarity with CRM systems and their usage.

Teamwork and Collaboration:

Ability to work effectively with other members of the sales and marketing teams.

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
