Job Title: Pre-Sales / Product Demo Specialist


Location: Madurai


Experience: 4+ Years


Department: Sales / Pre-Sales / Customer Success



Deliver engaging, personalized product demonstrations to prospects, tailored to their industry and pain points. Partner with Sales to understand customer requirements and showcase product features that meet their needs. Translate technical capabilities into business value in a clear, compelling way. Respond to RFPs, RFIs, and security/compliance questionnaires. Build demo environments and customize walkthroughs for specific use cases. Provide product feedback to the Product and Engineering teams based on customer inputs. Assist with onboarding and handover to Customer Success post-sale. Stay up to date on SaaS industry trends, competitors, and new product features. 4+ years of experience in a SaaS company in a Pre-Sales, Product Demo, or Solution Engineering role. Strong understanding of SaaS business models and customer journeys. Excellent communication, presentation, and storytelling skills. Ability to simplify complex features into value-driven messaging for different buyer personas. Familiarity with CRM tools like Salesforce/HubSpot, demo tools, and virtual meeting platforms (Zoom, MS Teams).
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
