Salary: 3- 5 LPA

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly motivated and energetic Presale Executive to join our dynamic real estate team. This role is perfect for individuals with a passion for dynamic work environment, strong communication skills, and a drive to achieve results. You will play a crucial role in supporting our sales efforts through client engagement, including cold calling, and promoting our real estate offerings.
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in any discipline.

Exceptional verbal and written communication skills; fluency in English, Hindi.
A strong interest in real estate and the ability to quickly learn about industry trends and market dynamics.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with CRM software.
Previous experience in cold calling or sales is a plus.
A proactive, high-energy approach with a demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment.
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
A positive attitude and a passion for delivering excellent customer service
Key Responsibilities:

  • Cold Calling: Proactively identify and reach out to potential clients through cold calls, introducing our services and generating interest in our real estate offerings.
  • Client Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with prospective clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions to enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of our real estate offerings, including residential, commercial, and investment properties, to provide informed insights to clients.
  • Sales Support: Assist the sales team during client meetings, presentations, and negotiations, bringing enthusiasm and energy to every interaction when needed.
  • Feedback Collection: Actively gather client feedback and insights to continually enhance our service offerings and sales approach.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing and operations, to ensure a seamless client experience.
