Minimum experience:-
  • 2-3 years of experience in a presales or related role within the real estate sector.
Education:-
  • Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field.
Skillset:-
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficiency with MS Office
IMMEDIATE JOINERS REQUIRED FULL TIME Profile Introduction:
  • As a Presales Executive in the real estate industry, your primary responsibility will be to support the sales team by engaging with potential clients, understanding their requirements, and effectively communicating the value proposition of the real estate offerings. This role requires a blend of interpersonal skills, industry knowledge, and a proactive approach to contribute to the overall success of the sales process.
Responsibilities:
  • Client Engagement: Initiate and maintain contact with potential clients to understand their real estate needs.
  • Product Knowledge: Develop a deep understanding of the real estate projects and offerings to articulate their benefits effectively.
  • Presentation: Create and deliver compelling presentations to showcase the features and advantages of the properties or projects.
  • Requirement Analysis: Collaborate with clients to identify their specific requirements and tailor solutions accordingly.
  • Support Sales Team: Work closely with the sales team to provide necessary information, documentation, and assistance in closing deals.
  • Market Research: Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to provide valuable insights to the sales team.
  • Relationship Building: Establish and nurture strong relationships with potential clients, real estate agents, and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills are essential for effective client interaction and presentation.
  • Industry Knowledge: A solid understanding of the real estate industry, market trends, and property types.
