Job Summary:

We are hiring an experienced Pre Sales Executive to manage both inbound and outbound calls, qualify leads, and support the sales funnel for our real estate projects. Candidates should have a customer-focused approach and experience in real estate or related sectors.

Key Responsibilities:

Contact potential buyers from CRM databases, online leads, and referrals. Qualify leads based on customer preferences, budgets, and urgency. Share brochures, pricing, and location maps with interested clients. Coordinate with the field sales team for property visits. Maintain lead status reports and achieve weekly/monthly calling targets. Provide feedback to marketing and sales teams based on client responses.
Requirements:

Graduate with 2-4 years of Pre Sales Executive experience. Real estate, insurance, or banking experience preferred. Fluent in English and regional languages. Proficient in CRM tools and MS Excel. Strong listening and persuasion skills.
