The Presales Executive will be responsible for managing incoming leads, engaging with potential customers, understanding their requirements, and coordinating with the sales team to ensure seamless conversion. The role demands excellent communication skills, product knowledge, and the ability to build strong customer relationships.
Handle inbound inquiries generated through marketing campaigns, portals, and walk-ins.
Conduct initial qualification calls to understand customer requirements, budget, and preferences.
Maintain continuous follow-ups with potential leads to ensure high engagement and conversion.
Schedule site visits and coordinate with the sales team for smooth handover of prospects.
Documentation & Reporting
Update CRM systems with lead status, follow-ups, and customer interactions.
Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports related to leads, conversions, and customer feedback.
Ensure accurate documentation of customer requirements and preferences for the sales team.
Coordination
Coordinate closely with the sales, marketing, and CRM teams to ensure lead quality and timely closures.
Work with the digital marketing team for lead quality insights and feedback.
Assist in organizing promotional events, site visits, and customer engagement activities.
Product Knowledge
Maintain up-to-date knowledge of all ongoing and upcoming real estate projects.
Brief customers clearly about project features, pricing, payment plans, location advantages, and legal documentation.
Stay informed about market trends, competitor projects, and pricing strategies.
Customer Experience
Provide excellent customer service through timely responses and professional communication.
Resolve customer queries and escalate issues to the concerned departments where required.
Ensure a positive experience during pre-sales interactions leading up to site visits.
Skills & Requirements
Proven experience in presales or telesales, preferably in real estate.
Strong communication & interpersonal skills.
Ability to understand customer needs and align project offerings accordingly.
Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office.
Goal-driven, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
Fluency in English, Hindi, and/or regional languages preferred.
