Client qualification:
Assess prospective clients' interests, budget, and requirements to determine if they are a good fit for the available properties.
Customer engagement:
Respond to inquiries via phone, email, or video calls.
Clearly explain property details, pricing, project specifics, and benefits.
Conduct virtual tours and arrange and schedule site visits for interested clients.
Relationship management:
Follow up with prospects to keep them engaged and move them through the sales funnel.
Maintain and update client information in the CRM system.
Build and maintain strong client relationships.
Sales support:
Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to develop strategies.
Assist in preparing sales proposals and documents.
Support the sales team in meeting monthly and quarterly targets
