We are looking for a
proactive and persuasive Pre-Sales Executive
to join our real estate team. The candidate will focus on handling leads, qualifying prospects, and supporting the sales process
without any site visits
.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls to generate and qualify leads.
Understand client requirements and provide information about property options.
Follow up with prospects to guide them through the pre-sales process.
Maintain and update CRM with accurate lead details.
Support the sales team in converting inquiries into confirmed bookings.
Requirements:
Minimum
1 year of experience
in
real estate pre-sales
or telecalling.
Excellent communication skills in
English, Hindi, and Marathi
.
Strong interpersonal, convincing, and customer-handling skills.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and detail-oriented.
Male and Female
candidates are welcome.
