Job Description

As a Pre-Sales Executive at Livmax Advisors LLP, you'll play a pivotal role in bridging client interest with sales execution--engaging leads, generating interest in real estate offerings, and aiding seamless transitions to the sales team.

Responsibilities



Reach out to potential clients via calls, emails, and other channels, and maintain regular follow-ups. Share project and property details tailored to client requirements. Work closely with the sales team to ensure smooth handovers for closures. Conduct market research to understand trends and client preferences. Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and basic business analytics.

Qualifications & Skills



Experience: Freshers to 3 years (1 year preferred) in real estate or sales support roles. Education: Graduate or postgraduate in Business, Marketing, Sales, or related fields. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to generate and nurture leads effectively. Proficiency in MS Excel and basic business tools (preferred). Quick learner, client-focused, and able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
