Roles and Responsibilities:
Handle inbound and outbound calls regarding our real estate projects.
Explain project details, pricing, and location advantages clearly to customers.
Follow up with interested clients and schedule site visits.
Coordinate with the sales team for lead handover and conversion.
Maintain records of leads and follow-ups in CRM.
Prepare daily and weekly reports on calls and conversions.
Participate in promotional campaigns and events.
Required Skills:
Minimum 2 years of experience
in
pre-sales or telecalling
in the
construction/real estate
industry.
Good communication skills in English, Telugu, and Hindi.
Strong convincing and follow-up abilities.
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM, WhatsApp Business, etc.).
Positive attitude and team spirit.
