Job Summary

The Presales Manager will lead and scale the presales function for the real estate division, ensuring seamless management of inbound leads from qualification to handover to sales. This role involves building and managing a high-performing presales team, defining operational workflows, and optimizing lead conversions through data-driven insights and performance management. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of the real estate sales cycle, team leadership skills, and a systems-driven approach to presales operations.

Key Responsibilities

Team Leadership & Setup



Hire, train, and lead a growing team of Presales Executives to deliver superior lead qualification and customer engagement. Design team structure, performance metrics, and incentive systems aligned with company goals. Conduct regular coaching, performance reviews, and upskilling sessions to maintain productivity and service standards.

Presales Operations Management



Develop and implement standardized lead qualification frameworks, follow-up protocols, and CRM best practices. Monitor daily operations of the presales team, ensuring timely lead engagement, follow-ups, and high-quality data capture. Coordinate closely with Sales and Marketing teams to ensure smooth lead flow, feedback integration, and lead source optimization. Establish dashboards and reporting mechanisms to track call quality, lead conversion rates, and team output.

Lead Qualification & Process Optimization



Oversee lead screening and scoring mechanisms to focus on high-conversion prospects. Drive improvements in response time, communication templates, and follow-up efficiency. Evaluate CRM usage and ensure data accuracy, hygiene, and timely updates. Collaborate with marketing to refine campaign-level targeting and lead funnel efficiency.

Strategy & Performance



Analyze conversion funnels and recommend strategic improvements to increase visit-to-sale ratios. Define KPIs for team performance and monthly targets aligned to business goals. Present regular insights and reports to management on lead performance, prospect behavior, and process improvements.
Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred). 5-8 years of experience in real estate presales, inside sales, or customer success roles, with at least 2-3 years in a team leadership capacity. Strong understanding of residential real estate markets, customer profiles, and project lifecycles. Proven capacity to build and manage large telecalling or presales teams. Excellent communication, analytical, and people management skills. Hands-on experience with CRM platforms (Sell.Do, Salesforce). Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment. Strong result orientation with a track record of achieving lead conversion and process improvement targets.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
