Roles and Responsibilities:



Overseeing the

call center team

operations with set targets of calls and conversions.

Conducting training sessions for freshers and ongoing development sessions for the existing team.

Conducting Mock sessions and Performance reviews o regular basis with the team.

Imparting trainings on the new project tie ups.

Handling escalated customer complaints or enquiries and providing timely resolutions.

Monitoring lead generation process with marketing team and calling report on day to day basis.

Generating the call reports, customer feedback reports and pre-sales metrices.

Requirements:



Excellent leadership skills to manage and motivate the team.

Excellent verbal and written communication.

Ability to handle customer queries and issues.

Understanding of real estate market trends and sales techniques.

Understanding of CRM systems and call center softwares for database management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?80,000.00 per month
