About the Role: We are seeking a dynamic and proactive Pre-Sales Head to lead our pre-sales team in the real estate industry. You will drive pre-sales activities, optimize lead management, and maximize site visits to our properties. Your leadership will play a key role in converting quality leads into sales-ready prospects, ensuring every client interaction is impactful. Roles and Responsibilities:

? Oversee and ensure a strong lineup of site visits during weekends, monitoring progress and tracking conversions to meet sales targets.

? Lead and manage the pre-sales team, ensuring efficient collaboration and smooth execution of tasks.

? Offer ongoing guidance and knowledge sharing to ensure the team stays up-to-date with the latest product updates, features, and evolving customer needs.

? Address and resolve any client concerns, difficulties, or questions, ensuring a seamless experience and promoting a positive relationship.

? Actively motivate the team to reach and exceed performance targets, fostering a positive and high-energy environment.

Qualification:

? Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Real Estate field is preferred.

? Minimum 3 years of proven work experience as a pre-sales head within the real estate industry, with a focus on leading teams, managing lead generation, and driving sales conversions.

? Exceptional verbal communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence, persuade, and build strong relationships with potential clients.

? Fluent in English, Hindi, and Marathi.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?28,000.00 - ?38,000.00 per month
