The role involves leading a team of 45 Sales Managers, guiding them to achieve sales targets, ensuring effective client engagement, and representing the Lodha brand in all negotiations.Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation: Source potential clients through digital platforms, referrals, and internal databases. Client Engagement: Connect with prospects via calls, emails, or messages to understand needs and present suitable projects. Property Presentation: Share detailed project information and conduct virtual or physical tours. Site Visit Coordination: Organize and manage client site visits, ensuring follow-up for conversions. CRM & Reporting: Maintain accurate client data and track sales metrics for performance evaluation.
Skills & Qualifications

Strong drive, communication, and relationship-building skills Proven leadership and team management ability Graduate/MBA with 3-6 years of sales or client service experience (real estate preferred)

Pay: ₹800,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
