Job Title: Presales Manager - IT Infrastructure & System Integration
Location: Mumbai / Delhi
Exp-12 to 15 Years
Key Responsibilities

• Engage with customers to understand business and technical requirements; translate them into robust, scalable solution architectures.
• Design integrated solutions across Compute, Storage, Networking, Virtualization, Security, and Hybrid Cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Own the end-to-end presales process -- including proposal creation, RFP/RFI responses, technical presentations, and solution defense.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders (Sales, Delivery, Finance, Legal) and external partners (OEMs, Distributors) to validate solutions and pricing.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of emerging technologies, industry trends, and CMS IT's offerings.
• Support bid management, effort estimation, BoQ/SOW creation, and commercial structuring.
• Conduct client-facing demos, workshops, and POCs as required.
• Build strong relationships with clients to establish technical credibility and long-term trust.

• 12-15 years of experience in Presales, Solution Design, or Technical Consulting for IT Infrastructure services.
• Proven expertise across DC Infra (Compute, Storage, Backup, Virtualization), Networking, Security, and Public Cloud (AWS, Azure).
• Prior exposure to Managed Services, Automation, and Cybersecurity solutioning preferred.
• Strong analytical and business acumen to align technology with customer needs.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Ability to manage multiple pursuits simultaneously with attention to detail and timelines.
• Bachelor's degree in engineering / technology / IT (mandatory); MBA (preferred).
• Relevant certifications (e.g., AWS/Azure Solutions Architect, VMware, Cisco, Dell, Client etc.) are strongly desirable.
